Q: WHAT IF IM OUT OF SHAPE?

A: DOESN'T MATTER WHAT SHAPE OR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS YOU HAVE. WE'LL SCALE THE WORKOUTS FOR YOU AND MAKE USE THAT YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE WEIGHTS AND REPS. "GOING FAST" IS NOT THE CONCEPT. EVERYTHING YOU DO HAS TO BE WITH A PURPOSE. GO SLOW, DO IT RIGHT, GET THE MOST OUT OF IT. WITHOUT PUTTING YOUR BODY IN A POSITION TO GET INJURED.

Q: WHAT IF I'M SLOWER OR CANT DO A MOVEMENT?

A: THEN YOU ARE HUMAN AND YOU ARE NORMAL. WE ALL HAVE THINGS TO WORK ON. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LOOK AT A WORKOUTS' INTENDED STIMULUS AND SCALE A WORKOUT TO FIT THE DESIRED STIMULUS.

Q: WHAT IS THE CLASS STRUCTURE LIKE?

A: CLASSES ARE 60 MIN+ IN LENGTH AND ALTHOUGH THE WORKOUT CHANGES DAILY, A TYPICAL CLASS INCLUDES WARMUP, STRENGTH WORK, METABOLIC WORKOUT, MOBILITY, AND CORE WORK. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GET TO CLASS EARLY THOUGH AND WORK THROUGH SOME MOBILITY/STABILITY EXERCISES.
